The Lead: Hollins splayed host to The Crown College (Tenn.) and Appalachian Bible College in a tri-match on Saturday. The Green and Gold raced out to a quick 12-3 lead over Crown on their way to posting a sweep. After the two visitors played a five-set affair, Hollins would be back in action against the Warriors. The first two sets were tightly contested, with HU winning each frame by the same 25-22 score. Appalachian Bible turned the tables in the third as they staved off elimination with a 28-26 win. However, Hollins would prevail, taking the fourth set, and the match, 3-1.
