Gracie Barron of the cross country team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. Last Friday, Hollins traveled to Sweet Briar and finished 3rd at the 6K Sweet Briar Invitational. Barron, a first-year, paced the Green and Gold for the third consecutive meet with a time of 28:26.0 to finish 4th overall in the 33-runner field. For the season, Barron ranks in the top 50 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) at 4K and just outside the top-20 in 5K races this season.
