Hollins University

Meghan Moore of the riding team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. Moore represented Hollins at the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Zone 4 Region 2 Finals, hosted by Goucher College, in Baltimore, Md. Moore  qualified for both Intermediate Fences and Flat at the Regional show in early March. The sophomore finished 8th over the fences and returned to win the Intermediate Flat discipline. With that win Moore qualified for the IHSA National Show. The IHSA Nationals will be held at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring (N.C.). The national championship show will be held May 1-3.
