Aliyah Lightsey of the volleyball team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. Hollins went 2-1 for the week including a sweep of Christendom and Mid-Atlantic Christian in a road tri-match. The sophomore had 19 kills in her 55 attack attempts. In a 3-0 win over the Crusaders, Lightsey hit .500, recording 10 kills with just two errors on 16 total attacks. In the weekend sweep, Aliyah had 17 total kills in helping Hollins to a 5-5 start on the season.
