Location:Â Harrisonburg, Va. (Eastern Mennonite)
The Lead:Â The Hollins track & field team traveled to Harrisonburg, the site of the upcoming Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Outdoor Championships, to compete at the one-day EMU Heritage Invitational hosted by Eastern Mennonite. Hollins school records were challenged as the team would post another handful of personal and collegiate best marks at the meet.

Track Events:
- In the 100m Dash, Adelie Condra set a collegiate best time with a 3rd place effort at 13.45. The first-year returned to duplicate that feat in the 200m Dash with a time of 28.22 (5th). Madison Freideman was just behind at 28.88.
- Jazmine Patterson continued her stellar spring with a runner-up finish in the 400m with a final time of 1:01.28.
- The 400m Hurdles would see Ashlyne Golston finish 4th it an effort of 1:19.62.
- The 4x100 Relay team of Patterson, Golston, Condra, and Arianna Gomez just missed setting a Hollins program record when they finished 3rd in a time of 53.09.
Field Events:
- Freideman was 3rd in the High Jump (1.45m) just two spots ahead of fellow first-year Autumn Dale (1.30m).
- Gomez was 5th in the triple Jump with a distance of 10.68m. The trio would finish 6-7-8 in the Long Jump with Gomez leading the way (4.63m).
- Sanaa Belton just missed her school record (10.75m) when she finished 3rd in the Shot Put with a mark of 10.57m. Ava Kegler finished at 8.71m while Ella Wilds (7.05) and Tenley Reck (6.71m) rounded out the quartet of Hollins throwers.
- Reck would set a pair of personal bests when the senior finished the Discus at 18.44m and the Hammer Throw with a distance of 25.73m.
- Belton was 7th in the Discus at 29.56m and 6th in the Hammer at 38.62m. Kegler was 10th in the Hammer at 32.86m and led the Hollins throwers with 19.12 in the Javelin, good enough for 6th place.
Up Next: On the Saturday prior to Easter, April 19
th, Hollins will make the trip back to the Hill City to compete at the WildCat Twilight meet hosted by Randolph College.
