The Lead: The 3^rd day of the 2025 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Swim Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center would feature one relay and five individual disciplines contested in the pool. The 400 Individual Medley (IM), 100 Butterfly, 200 Freestyle, 100 Breaststroke, 100 Backstroke, and the 200 Medley Relay champions would be crowned on Friday night.

Highlights  

• 100 Butterfly: Macy Gibson led a trio of Hollins swimmers with a final effort of 1:16.28. Nora Sorensen (1:22.14) and Samantha Ferrer (1:42.09) would see action in the prelims on Friday morning.
• 200 Freestyle: Madeleine Freeman touched the wall in a time of 2:18.32. Amanda Cash was next for the Green and Gold in a time of 2:24.22 with Brenna Rea finishing the event at 2:36.96.
• 100 Breaststroke: Arwyn Orr Paulk (1:24.98), set a collegiate best when she finished the event one spot ahead of Rachelle Kilgore (1:25.80).
• 100 Backstroke: Jada Deane posted the best individual finish for Hollins with a 20^th place effort with a final time of 1:12.67, less than half a second off her collegiate best time. One spot later would see Kyra Campbell touch in 1:15.89 while Ferrer rounded out the Hollins swimmers with a time of 1:38.41.
• The 200 Medley Relay would see Deane, Freeman, Gibson, and Rea. Hollins would finish 10^th with a time of 2:09.90.
