The Lead:Â For the second time this season, the Hollins volleyball team took on Christendom. After sweeping the Crusaders at a neutral site earlier this month, the Green and Gold traveled to Front Royal to take on Christendom on her home court. Hollins used an edge at the net along with a dominate performance behind the service line to repeat the 3-0 sweep of Christendom for their sixth win of the season, the most for Hollins since a seven-win season in 2023.

- Hollins defeated Christendom 25-17, 25-12, 25-14.
- 16 kills and an over 22.5% hitting percentage helped to propel HU to a 2-0 lead.
- Hollins used 16 service aces and nine blocks to secure the 3-0 road win over the Crusaders.
- Alyssa Reed and Sophia Maurer each recorded seven kills to pace the HU net attack. Reed added five aces and five digs while Maurer had three solo and three assisted blocks from her middle hitter position.
- A trio of setters: Anisia Dean (8), Rachel Hull (6) and Breanna Anduiza (4) combined for 18 of Hollins' 19 assists. Anduiza tied for team high honors with five digs and Konner Myers added four.
Up Next: Hollins will play the final two matches of their eight-match road swing with a trip to Pennsylvania this Saturday. HU takes on Gallaudet at 3:00pm before facing the home standing Phoenix of Wilson College at 5:00pm.
