The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced their 2023-24 Academic All-District teams for men's and women's track & field / cross country. Hollins would see two athletes named All-District and move on to the voting stage to be named Academic All-America.
Sanaa Belton and Sylvia Guillet were named to the NCAA DIII Academic All-District team.
The 2024 Academic All-District Women's Track & Field / Cross Country Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined athletic performances and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes track & field / cross country honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. To be eligible, an undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and be ranked in the top 50 (in the region) in a single event (XC, indoor or outdoor).
Academic All-District honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced in early July.
