Lida Krodel of the soccer team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. Hollins opened the season with a pair of home matches last week. In the season opener, Krodel, a sophomore forward, took the ball down the left side and sent a shot through the keeper and into the back of the net for Hollins first tally of the season. In the two contests, Krodel had one goal, attempted five shots, two shots on goal, while playing 147 of a possible 180 minutes.
