The Lead: Hollins returned home to face Guilford in non-Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) match on Wednesday afternoon. Hollins started the match be getting the first two scoring opportunities of the game. However, the Quakers would score first and take a 6-1 edge into the half. Hollins would add a second half score but couldn't catch Guilford as the visitors picked up the 9-2, non-conference victory.

Highlights 

• In the opening four minutes of play, Evelin Lemus-Arriaga and Izzy Workman each had scoring chances saved by the Quakers keeper. With less than 5:00 to play in the opening half, Evelyn Keefer took a pass from Lemus-Arriaga and scored her eighth goal of the season.
• With about six minutes left in the match, Adelie Condra dribbled passed and around three defenders to send a perfect pass to Workman. Workman then beat the keeper to the right side to score her second goal of the 2024 campaign.
• Workman and Keefer both attempted four shots, scoring one goal apiece. T Shover went the full 90 minutes in goal, recording 17 saves.
