Meet: Hollins at Randolph and Sweet Briar (Tri-meet) 
Location: Lynchburg, Va.
The Lead: The Green and Gold made the trip to Lynchburg to compete in a tri-meet with Randolph and Sweet Briar, hosted by the WildCats, on Friday evening. Hollins would fall their hosts from Randolph and just get edged by Sweet Briar.
Highlights  

• Jada Deane, Rachelle Kilgore, Katherine Komarek, and Madeleine Freeman finished runner-up to start the meet in the 200 Medley Relay in a time of 2:14.49.
• Deane returned later in the night to earn 2^nd place points in the 100 Freestyle when the first-year touched in 1:07.90. Kilgore claimed a pair of runner-up efforts with a 38.22 in the 50 Breaststroke and 1:26.64 in the 100 Breaststroke.
• Freeman added a pair of 3^rd place finishes in the 200 Freestyle (2:21.36) and the 200 Individual Medley (2:45.54),
• Nora Sorensen finished third in the 50 Butterfly (43.67) and 4^th in the 50 Backstroke. Amanda Cash was 3^rd in the 50 Backstroke, finishing just .32 seconds behind the 2^nd place swimmer.
• Komarek swam the distance events, placing 4^th in both the 500 and 1000 Freestyle.
• The final event of the night, the 400 Freestyle Relay, the quartet of Deane, Freeman, Komarek, and Mia Bollerer would end the meet with a 3^rd in a final time of 4:36.48.
