The Lead: Hollins traveled to Lynchburg to face Randolph College on Friday night. In what was supposed to be a tri-meet with Gallaudet and the WildCats, turned into a dual meet between the Green and Gold and Randolph. The WildCats topped Hollins 163-43. 

Highlights

• In the first event of the evening, the 200 Medley Relay, the quartet of Israella Freidline, Madeleine Freeman, Abigail Phillips, and Katherine Komarek finished runner-up in a time of 2:19.71.
• Amanda Cash would place 2nd in the 1000 Freestyle (14:08.52) and return to finish 3rd in the 500 Freestyle.
• Phillips won the 100 Fly when she touched in 1:10.88 and then claimed 2nd place points in a time of 29.29 in the 50 Freestyle.
• Freeman posted a trio of individual runner-up finishes in the 100 Freestyle, 100 Individual Medley (IM), and the 100 Breaststroke.
• Komarek was 2nd in the 500 Freestyle (6:44.34)and runner-up in the 200 Freestyle.
• Hollins took the final event of the meet when Phillips, Freidline, Cash, and Komarek won the 200 Freestyle Relay by almost 13 seconds.

Up Next: The Green and Gold are back in action next Saturday when they travel to Sweet Briar for a tri-meet.
