Meet: Tri-Meet at Bridgewater and vs. Randolph
Results: Bridgewater 249, Hollins 22 | Randolph 177, Hollins 58
The Lead: The Hollins Swimming team opened its dual meet schedule as it traveled to Bridgewater to on ODAC rivals BC and Randolph.
Highlights & Notes
- Abigail Phillips swam the longest race and shortest race for HU. She finished second in the 800-meter freestyle with a time of 11:29.97 and was fourth in the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 31.93.
- Cordelia Burks finished second in the 100 meter IM with a time of 1:17.31
- The meet also featured six personal bests for HU swimmers.
- Israella Freidline posted a personal best time (1:41.08) in the 100 Meter IM as did Amanda Fodor (1:31.93)
- Mia Cacucciolo & Harleigh Marhsall each set personal bests in the 100 free, each touching the wall at 1:31.66.
- Keira Lux (46.23) and Emily Clarke (47.73) were both able to hit personal best marks in the 50 Free
Up Next: Hollins will return to the pool on Dec. 4 when it travels to the Nation's Capital for a tri-meet with host Gaulludet and McDaniel.
