Jazmine Patterson of the track & field team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. Patterson and the Indoor T&F team traveled to Salem to compete at the Finn Pincus Invite, hosted by Roanoke College. In the 60m qualifying heat, the senior posted a time of 8.24 to qualify for the Finals. In lieu of competing in the 60m Finals, Patterson turned her attentions to the 300m. In the 300, Jazmine finished fourth in a field of 15 runners. Her time of 43.10 was not only the best time of her collegiate career and a Hollins program record, but it was the 47th best time in the 300m this season in all of NCAA DIII.
