Lexington, Va. – The Hollins riding team took a break from the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) show schedule to send several riders to the Virginia Horse Center to compete at the Southwest Virginia Hunter Jumper Association (SWVHJA) Annual Show.
 
Individual Results:

• Julie Guggino was named Champion in Special Children's, 3rd in the Junior Equitation Flat Championship, and 6th in the Hollins Medal Final.
• Molly McGarvey won the Junior Equitation Flat Championship, took 2nd in both the Hollins Medal Final and the Costume Handy, and received the Best Special Child Rider award.
• Gabriella Goshtigian took 1st in the Adult Hunters and 2nd in the SWVHJA Adult Medal Final, as well as receiving High Point 18-25 Year Old Rider and Best Adult Rider.
• Jordan Atwell-Purcell won the Adult Equitation Flat Championship and took 3rd place in the Costume Handy.
• Grace Margaret Trahnstrom was 3rd in the Hollins Medal Final riding Hollins' Eloquence.
• Cora Floyd placed 9t in the SWVHJA Adult Medal Finals.
• Lauren Williams earned 3rd place in the Adult Equitation Flat and 10th in the Hunt & Go Derby.
• Emma Veitz was 6th in the Junior Equitation Flat Championship.
• Meghan Moore rode the Special Adults, coming away with a 4^th, and a 5th place over fences.
• Emma Branche finished 3rd in the Adult Equitation Flat Championship and 8th in the Hunt & Go Derby.
