Roanoke, Va. - The 2023 Hollins University Lacrosse season has been canceled due to the safety concerns for our student-athletes. 

As previously announced, the program was scheduled to be discontinued at the conclusion of a truncated 2023, five game, season. However, due to various circumstances, including concerns for the physical and mental safety of the current team members, the difficult decision to cancel the 2023 season had to be made. The institutions that were affected by the decision have been notified as well as the NCAA and all other entities associated with the program.
