Jada Deane of the swim team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. Last Saturday, the swim team opened the 2024-25 season at the ODAC Relays, hosted by Washington and Lee. The Green and Gold finished 8th in the 10 team field, almost doubling their point total from the 2023 ODAC Relays. Deane was on relay teams that accumulated eight of the team's 11 points. Three points each in the 3x50 Backstroke and 100 UW Relay (4x25) while accumulating single points int the 3x100 Medley and 200 Medley relay races.
