Ayeshia Watson of the track & field team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. Watson posted a Hollins program record of 11.71m in winning the Triple Jump at the 2024 Doc Jopson Invitational. The first-year jumper came back to post a distance of 5.10m in the Long Jump to finish Runner-Up. This comes on the heels of a 2nd team All-ODAC selection during the indoor season and marks the 2nd SAOW honor for Watson. She is currently 3rd in teh Triple \Jump and 5th in the Long Jump in the conference.
