Missy Hazard of the basketball team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. On Saturday, Hazard scored a career high 25 points in an 83-67 non-conference win over Regent University. The first-year shooting guard went 7-17 (41.1%) while grabbing three rebounds, two steals, and four assists in the win. Her 17 three-point attempts matched the Hollins basketball program record set in 2011 and her 39 three-pointers made are currently 2nd in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC).
