Sylvia Guillet of the cross country team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. At least weekend's ODAC Cross Country Championships, the first-year helped to lead Hollins to a 7th place finish in the 10 team field. It marked the highest finish for the Green and Gold since a 5th place effort in 2004, when their were only seven competing members of the conference. Guillet posted a final time of 26:39.6, making her the fourth fasted harrier in Hollins history at the 6K distance. Sylvia secured 35th place points in the field of 97 runners.
