Peja Cruise of the tennis team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. Last week, Hollins played three consecutive matches. In a 4-3 win over Ferrum, Cruise teamed with Kristiahn Foster to pick up a 7-5 win at #1 Doubles. In singles play, the first-year won 6-2 and 6-0 at the top spot. It marked the first Old Domnion Athletic Conference (ODAC) win of the season for the tennis team. Cruise has played at the #1 Singles and Doubles spots in every match thus far during her first season in the Green and Gold.
