Noelani Carter of the basketball team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week. Last week in a pre-Thanksgiving matchup with Roanoke College, the Green and Gold picked up a 57-46 Old Dominuion Athletic Conference (ODAC) win. Carter scored 16 points on 6-11 shooting and added a pair of assists to help lead the offense. Defensively, the junior grabbed eight rebounds and recorded four steals all while guarding the Maroons' primary ball handler. Currently, Carter is 25th in the ODAC with 10 points per game while sitting in 3rd in assists at 4 per game.
