Madeleine Freeman of the Swim team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the week. Last weekend, Hollins went to Raleigh (N.C.) to compete at the 2024 Pacer Invitational, hosted by William Peace. The Green and Gold finished 4th out of nine teams after the two-day event. Freeman helped to account for 180 of the team's 453 points. The junior was a part of the four different relay teams that posted finished of 5th, 9th, 10th, and 11th. In the 200 Individual Medley (IM), Freeman fished 17th in a time of 2:41.28. Later int he meet, she was 15th in the 200 Breaststroke and also earned points in the 200 Freestyle.Â
