  • Hollins Sixth In 2019 ODAC Swim Championships

    The third, and final, day of the 2019 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Swim Championships took place on Sunday at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Hollins moved up the standings on day two and after the conclusion of the 18 event, meet, Hollins finished sixth in the 12 team field.

    The Hollins swimmers came into Day Two of the 2019 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Swim Championships sitting in seventh place After another pair of relays and five more individual events, Hollins moved past Randolph College into the sixth spot in the, three day, 12 school meet.

    The three day, Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships got started on Friday night. Hollins traveled to Greensboro to challenge the 10 other ODAC schools at the championship meet. Two relay and three individual championship races were on the opening day schedule.
  • Season Ending Sweep For Hollins Swimmers

    The final meet of the 2018-19 regular season took place in Hollins home pool on Saturday afternoon. It was senior day for Hollins swimmer Maya Schattgen as the Green and Gold welcomed fellow Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) members Guilford, Randolph, and Virginia Wesleyan for a quad-meet.
  • Hollins Swimmers Named Scholar All American Team

    The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) released their Scholar All American teams on Tuesday. The release of the individuals and teams was announced on the organizations website and included 713 teams and over 16,000 individual student-athletes in the NCAA's three divisions.
  • Hollins Earns Split At Sweet Briar

    Hollins returned to the Lynchburg area on Saturday when they traveled to Sweet Briar to challenge a pair of Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) rivals. After defeating Randolph on Friday night, Hollins would look to make it a three for three weekend when they took on Emory & Henry and the host Vixens.

    The Hollins swim team was back in the pool after a month and a half hiatus for the holiday break. Friday would mark the first of consecutive trips to Lynchburg when the Green and Gold traveled to face Randolph College in a dual-meet.
  • Yellow Jacket Invitational Comes To A Close

    The Hollins swim team wrapped up the first semester in the pool when the (two day) Yellow Jacket Invitational, hosted by Randolph-Macon College, came to a close late Saturday night. Hollins would finish the event in eighth place, swimming against very good competition from the region.

    The Hollins swim team traveled to Ashland to compete in the, two day, Yellow Jacket Invitational, hosted by Randolph-Macon College. The Green and Gold would do battle with several different teams from the mid-Atlantic area.

    The Hollins swim team took to the pool one last time before the Thanksgiving holiday. The Green and Gold would travel to Emory & Henry to compete in a tri-meet with the Wasps and Roanoke College.

    Less than 24 hours after swimming a tri-meet at Mary Washington, Hollins would host their lone event of the fall when they welcomed Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Rivals, Roanke and Sweet Brair, to campus for a tri-meet of their own.

Hollins would face off with Frostburg State and the host Eagles on Friday night in advance of hosting a pair of Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) rivals on Saturday afternoon.

    The 2018-19 swim season got started on Saturday when Hollins traveled to Emmanuel College for their invitational. The meet featured six women's and five men's team competing in 11 different events.
