Cheng Highlighted In ODAC 40 Feature

Forest, VA - In the seventh installment of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) 40, a series that spotlights the accomplishments of student-athletes at the different member institutions over the past 40 years, Hollins golfer Elizabeth Cheng was highlighted.  

Cheng graduated from Hollins as one of her most accomplished golfers.  During her stellar career, Cheng was named All American Scholar all four years.  The Virginia Beach native was named to the All East Region team (2012, 2013, 2014), All American (2013, 2014).  In her best season, 2013, Cheng won the Jekyll Island Collegiate tournament, the most prestigious and difficult tournament in the nation, was named All ODAC First team, ODAC Golfer of the Year, and the ODAC Golf Scholar Athlete of the Year.  That season, Cheng made the NCAA DIII National Golf Tournament field as an individual , finishing 12th.  Her senior year once again ended in All ODAC, All American, and ODAC Golf Scholar Athlete of the Year honors.
